Brussels Legal Hackers is an open community of lawyers, policymakers, technologists, and academics who explore and develop creative solutions to some of the most pressing issues at the intersection of law and technology. Through local meetups, hackathons, and workshops, we spot issues and opportunities where technology can improve and inform the practice of law and where law, legal practice, and policy can adapt to rapidly changing technology.
We are explorers. We are doers. We are Legal Hackers
All languages, nationalities, ages and backgrounds are welcome. Whether you work in a company, in academia, in a law firm, on your own or you are still a student – everyone is welcome!
Tu es plus à l’aise en français? Pas de problème! Nederlands is ook OK.
See you at our next meetup!
Caroline is founder and co-organizer of Brussels Legal Hackers. She first discovered social entrepreneurship during her graduate studies and believes that technology should be use to make law more accessible. She recently joined the legal tech startup Sket as co-founder because she has faith in a future with technology-minded lawyers and legal software powered by open legal data. Previously, she has worked as a policy trainee at the European Data Protection Supervisor, as a private law lecturer at Maastricht University and as a product manager in the field of smart mobility.Email
